To receive your refund, goods must be returned at your own cost to our head office. This refund policy is only applicable if goods have not been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if the product has been altered, dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
All costs incurred with the return of any Abode Aroma product must be paid for by the buyer. This includes postage and insurance and any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Abode Aroma will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged.
